about
We build the hard, unglamorous layer underneath products that move value.
Most of our work is blockchain infrastructure: building a chain from its first block, connecting it to other networks through bridges, and keeping the keys that move funds sealed away where no one can reach them. In these systems one mistake can be permanent, so we approach launch slowly. We rehearse it, check it, and only then go live.
We have also helped build market research. SwanSeek watches more than 800 crypto assets, runs over 200,000 technical analyses a day, and writes up the rare moments when several independent signals agree. It is research, not advice.
Both taught us the same thing. The work that decides whether a system survives happens before launch: rehearsals, audits, and writing down why each decision was made. We do that part properly.
how we work
-
keys never leave the box
Keys that move funds are created and used inside sealed hardware. No server, no engineer and no cloud administrator ever sees one.
-
rehearse before it is real
Every irreversible step, from a chain’s first block to a bridge going live, runs end to end on a test network first, until it is boring.
-
fail loudly
Errors are surfaced, never swallowed. A system that reports a problem costs less than one that hides it until it costs money.
-
write down why
Decisions, incidents and runbooks are recorded as we go, so the next person inherits reasons, not folklore.
